If the player has placed Emissaries in the Town Hall they will give extra daily bonuses. If the player is a member of a guild there might be extra daily bonuses collectible through the Town Hall. The amount of Coins produced by the Town Hall is age dependent (see table below). The Town Hall produces a daily bonus every 24 hours. The player can also access the News Window, the Profile Window, the Boost Overview Window, and the Emissaries Window from the Town Hall.
Together with Friends Tavern and Settlement Harbor the Town Hall is the only building that changes its appearance when advancing through the ages. First, run through the tutorial with the assistance of Ragu Silvertongue. A simple way in which you can do this is to move your Town Hall immediately at the start of the game. It is the only building on the city grid that cannot be sold or deleted. From the very beginning it is imperative that you are aware of optimising space. All buildings except decorations and some Special Buildings have to be connected to the Town Hall via roads. You can also buy three kinds of boosters as Resource Boosts, Military Boosts, and Time Boosts.The Town Hall is the main building of the town. There are Decorative Upgrades that allow your visitors to earn rewards (even Forge Points) when they visit the tavern. Tavern Silver is the currency you use to purchase items from the Tavern Shop. This special building allows you to invite friends to come over and earn Tavern Silver in return. Located beside your empire is the so-called Friends Tavern. TIPS: It is very interesting to note that Boosters are only made available through Tavern Shop.
To speed up the production, you could either pay Diamonds or better yet use a Booster that will last a certain amount of time. Some buildings will even ask you to wait for more than an hour. At first, production and construction will only take a minute or two but as soon as you progress and the community evolves, the waiting time will increase exponentially. If you have played games like SimCity or other city-building RTS, time is really a challenge and most of the construction will require you to patiently wait.
